The Junior Red Cross (JRC) wing of Panchayat Union Middle S.School, Navalur Kuttapattu, was inaugurated. S. Francis Xavier, a chartered engineer, was the chief guest. K. Balamurugan, Regional Passport Officer, presided. Ten students of Std. VII joined the JRC. Juliet Rubella, headmistress, and S. Dhanaraj of Sharon, a NGO, were present.
